I had trouble setting it up initially as I was getting an error message 0x069 but there is no such error code. I had to surf the net to find some help to correct the problem, but after that it was a breeze.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Set-up proved quick, easy, and without hang-ups or glitches of any kind. Really set my mind at ease and I anticipate a positive personal relationship for several years...as I've experienced with 3 other Epson printers over the past 11 years. Well done Epson.

I just bought this All in one Model 3620 on the 4th of July. I installed the software and it was very easy. Everything worked great!
I needed the unit as a scanner and fax, but i'm sure i'll get use out of the printer as a backup to my Laser Printer.
I have a small business and this works great for me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I fount it very difficult to get my printer up and running. Not enough directions to suit me.

Printer offline

It is a great little printer. My frustration is when it goes offline. It is extremely time consuming to get the printer offline to work.
