This printer is everything I was looking for. Especially the automatic double sided printing. Colour is great when used and I can choose whether or not I want to print in colour or black and white. It has a separate envelope feeder which is useful if I want to do any mass mailouts. The price of the printer was reasonably priced and that was one of my major contributing factors. I looked at laser printers as well and felt the Epson WF-3620 met all my needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good printing...

This is our first Epson printer and it was not easy to set up. The CD did not load the appropriate drivers so had to search the Internet to get that done. The print quality is good although it has dropped the ability to print from our phones and iPads twice now. This requires shutting down our router, the printer, and our devices, then letting everything reboot to be able to print remotely. This is pretty inconvenient.

Great Printer - Tough Installation

Had to call Tech Support to complete product setup after trying the DVD, online, and following directions. It wouldn't set up. However, technician "Joe" was right on top of it and guided me through an alternative, and complex, set up. It was very smooth and the printer is top notch.

Easy to set up. You should remind users there is a piece of plastic to remove from inside the printer. I did not know about this until I received an error message and had to google it.

Issues from the start

I installed all the necessary software, tried printing a test page, and still trying print a test page. It feeds every single paper that's loaded. Then says paper was ejected and that I need to remove a paper jam and load paper. Not sure how after years of "advancements" in technology that a printer can't perform it's basic function.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good Printer But Short life-span

I am now on my third epson WF-3620 printer, each a warranty replacement for the prior one. These printers start out of the box printing sharp and laser-like, however, they simply dont stand up to daily home use. Each printer began to print poorly within 6 months; the print is smudged and blurred with no hope of cleaning. Epson did right by replacing each printer with either a refurb or new one within 1 yr warranty, so kudos for Epson for that. Let the buyer beware... dont expect long-term use out of this printer.
