Great printer!

Love this printer. Very easy set-up. Scanning is fast and very easy to locate documents or pictures once they've been scanned. Printing is very fast and great quality. I have always purchased Epson printers and will continue to do so.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to set up for any age

I am 60 and thought it would be a problem for me to do it myself, But, I was wrong it was very easy only had a few hick ups with the basic directions but put the disk in and away it went, very seamless to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a very exceptional printer and works well. I am not using the fax, but all other features works as expected and more! I would fully recommend this printer for home or office.

An Amazing Unit!! WOW

I had an Epson RX620 you years and it broke a few days ago (printer ink band snapped). I was so upset as I loved this unit. My friend recommended the Epson WF-3620. Based on his opinion I bought one at Staples. Set it up today and what a wonderful surprise. It's wireless, scans and copies multiple pages. It's ultra fast and the copies are crisp and clear. What an amazing find! Puts my old favorite, the RX620 to shame!!

Very Happy with WF-3620

The printer works as it should. Its footprint is reasonably small enough for placement on a desk. I love the ability to print one envelope at a time using the rear slot. (If I wanted to print higher volumes of envelopes, I would probably have opted for the larger, two-paper-tray WF-3640, but I really wanted the smaller unit). Ink costs a fortune. I always buy OEM ink because my son--who also has a WF printer--tells me it won't even work with the more economical knock-off ink brands.

have had this printer for three days and has not worked right from the start. constant paper jams, constantly prints blank pages or doesnt print at all.

I used WorkForce B4. I needed a new printer that was wireless so I decided to buy a WorkForce of my own.
Set up was a breeze, just followed written instructions and installed with accompanied CD.
