Recently my original WF-3620 began to have print quality problems. When I contacted Epson and they decided it was a hardware problem and although it was out of warranty they replaced the entire unit. Even if they were not able to do this I would have replaced it myself because of the features available at a reasonable price.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Decent reliable printer

I use this for personal and business use, but don't print often - less than once per day. But I have printed business cards and ~100-page reports, double-sided, and they come out great. Only a couple of jams when double siding, but that's been rare.
It's a bit slow and uses up ink quickly. I don't know that the cost per page is, so I can't say if it's expensive to use. No problems with scanning and faxing, although we use those less that just straight printing.
2 things I wish it had:
1) a better manual paper-feed option.
2) an option to print 11x17. I know this is rare on small machines, but I do need it and don't understand why it's only available in the most expensive, professional machines.

Printer is nice. Love the double sided printing. Having trouble with the print from phone on this one. My daughter has one, different model. No trouble with printing from phone on hers. Not sure what the problem is.

Installation Difficulties

Only able to install in hardwired mode. After two attempts to get wireless mode set-up (once with usb-cable and then once with printer's buttons) the installation showed that printer installation was complete. However, each time I printed something to test the capability, I was asked to set up a fax cover sheet for transmission and could only cancel out of the transmission without a print out occurring.
I was hoping to connect wirelessly so my wife could send print items directly from her tablet (versus sending herself and e-mail for printing). Is there a way to still connect both wired and wielessly?

It works everywhere

Just as advertised, and Recommended on the Kim Kommando Show, on 550 AM. It connects to the Wireless Router Fine, and it prints from our mobile tablets fine, on HP Photo paper.. Just as good as an HP 530 all in one,
The Photo printing works just as nicely with up to 4800 x 2400 dpi.
Nice Work Epson. They clain its better ink useage also.
