The best way for me to describe the set-up is just (SIMPLE). I followed the the quick set-up instructions and it was easy as 1-2-3.

Nice Printer So Far

I've only been using this printer for a couple weeks now but the features are all pretty standard. I was hesitant to buy an Epson. I had one several years ago that printed well, but the heads would dry up fast and render the printer useless.
The print quality on this machine is what you would expect from Epson, clear and sharp for an inkjet printer. The size is bit large and takes up about 1/4 of a standard desk, but what you sacrifice in space you get easy access to all rollers and trays in case of a jam.
Only complaint is the ink replacement cartridges are difficult to access. For some reason, when I went to install the new cartridges, it doesn't move over enough and there is a small tab that gets in the way. I was able to forcefully move out the cartridge, but feared breaking something. Design flaw?

I would definitely recommend getting the XL cartridges. The intro cartridges lasted about 10 pages and then gone. Overall, happy so far, and nice to see that Epson changed their heads so that they don't dry out in such a short time.

If the drop down menu is supposed to have a "drivers" choice and it does not, NO. There is NO place for human error in such a machine. By now you've had plenty of opportunity to work the bugs out. The printer came out 3 years ago.
Now it's back on the phone with tech support again.

When I first got the printer everything was great and if I would have written a review then I would have given the printer 5 stars but within 2 months the print is faded in some parts and the black ink cartridge doesn't last long, changed it 4 times in less than 10- months. When I replace this printer it won't be an Epson.

Total Garbage. Many errors

This is my 3rd Epson printer and each one has issues. I've gone through the troubleshooting steps many times. This one I always have to restart for it to work properly. Now I can't even get it to scan or print. My wifi connection is good. I have reinstalled the epson utility and still giving me an error state. There IS paper in, there is Sufficient ink. These are so cheaply made. Very dissapointed

Epson WF-3620 - Disappointing

Was always a HP user and grew to dislike their products immensley. Decided to give Epson a shot.
Mistake.
Set-up takes too long. Printer won't print even though the control panel shows the Epson to be on-line with my laptop. Can't find a "live" link for a users guide.
Extremely disappointed.

Out Of Box Error

Got a jam error right out of the box. The Epson site was useless but a search on the error code got several hits on user forums. A small white lever inside the printer was jammed out of position. As soon as I moved it per the forum instructions, the error cleared and the printer started up fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!
