Epson was recommend many years ago when I got my first PC and have used them ever since, a great product and great tech support, and just love the All in One..

3620 to replace 7610

I loved my 7610 until just one day it decided to not print. I purchased it (paid more for better) for the large format size ability. Everything on in works except... the printing ability. (((sad face)))
I had to replace but could not afford the larger format AGAIN and it was just out of warranty by 2 months (had 1yr, 2 months--EPSON could not help me and repair would most likely have cost as much as a new one. I am hoping the 3620 lasts longer...but, still missing the large format capacity.

Good but hard setup

Came with very few directions in the box so I'm searching how to do simple things like scan. the manual should be in the box.

Hard to set up scanner/email

I had to re register this printer and I have yet to figure out how to set up scanning or email or printing from anywhere.

I have two Epson printers neither of which are working properly , to begin with they were ok but now my all in one says there is a paper jam when there is not one or the paper cassette is empty which it is not , can't get it to print anything not happy with Epson expected much more would not recommend them to anyone.

Purchased this printer from best-buy, had an workforce printer for 7 years and never had any problems but the new Workforce WF3620 is just super, easy set up, very happy.
I would recommend this to a friend!
