This is my 3rd Epson printer and my 2nd Work Force model. The last 10 years I have worked from home and my last 2 Epson printers have preformed flawlessly. The ease of set up and working with 2 laptops and Ipad, with each giving me great presentations, letters, and price list. I recommend this 3620 as it left the starting post just like expected. not user friendly

this printer has on many occasions reset itself after a power outage. error messages do not give description and twice now I have had to setup printer to network. it seems this printer has no memory of anything when network or power goes down. and cartridges don't last long and are expensive. I do however like the way it prints and scans.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I wish this, product was,easier to use when it comes to scanning a document to email or cloud. So much involved to accomplish that.

I HAVE HAD ESPON PRINTERS FOR 20 YEARS NOW AND MOST OF THEM WERE EASY TO SET UP!!! SO FAR THIS IS NOT THE CASE FOR THIS WF--3620!! I HAVE NOT GOTTEN PAST THE FIRST STEP BECAUSE IT GOES TO SOMETHING WITH THE SCANNER AND THEN IT COMES BACK WITH A ERROR CODE. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY I AM JUST TRYINF TO INSTALL IT ON MY HETWORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Setup Nightmare

I set up the wireless without a problem. However even though all seemed well my computer was unable to see my new printer. I tried everything I knew, reboot router or printer. Still all looked fine but the problem persisted. After one hour with tech support we got it resolved. The tech was nice but very very hard to understand. This should have been quick and easy. I have set up many printers previously.

This printer eats ink more than any printer I've used, even with the high yield cartridges and the ink is definitely not affordable.

Excellent printer with great PrecisionCore print heads. That is what gives excellent detail. And EPSON support was very helpful when I did have a problem I wanted to talk about.
