Easy to set-up, really like so far!

Just bought this printer, this is the 5th printer in ONE year. Every one of them break after only a few short months. I've bought top name brands and less expensive models. We print maybe 20 pages per week, give or take a few prints. This printer super fast, color is beautiful, super easy to set-up. I'm really impressed! I'll definitely write another review in a few months. So far, this has been my favorite printer, and the price was incredible! Thanks Epson!

Questionable

Extremely noisy; Had to go through some of the set up steps at least twice (without changing anything) in order to complete the process. Took 2 hours to set up and register.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

connecting issues

it prints well from my mobile phone. But if i try to print from the pc its connected to, it tells repeatedly that is not on or not connected. very annoying.

Everything went smoothly and all indications were that the printer was set up and connected to my network but when the "print test page'' came up nothing happennd and no option to go back or retry was available. Very frustrating.

I like the 3620 printer, it is fast. I have not had to buy ink yet!!!. The registration of the printer is difficult , I could not get the automatic form to enlarge enough to fill out, and file. I had to go on the internet to register.

Setup could be better

While setting this printer up was easy, the wireless portion did not work well, Epson site was down most of the morning (Saturday) for maintenance and it was not clear if SW had installed after download and getting the printer to work wirelessly from MAC did not work (although another Windows 7 PC was able to find the printer wirelessly). All in all took too much time to set the printer up. Prints fast and quality of print and quality of scan is great.

I had difficulty installing this printer. It kept saying "printer not detected", then I got a repair screen,wth? why did I have to do a repair when it was a brand new product ? I finally got my 14 yr old grandson to install it for me, but he got the same screen as I did..but managed to do the repair and install the printer. (I had to remind him that it was grandma that taught him how to eat with a spoon! lol!!!

Misrepresented website

While I have always had Epson printers and very happy with the performance, I was a bit angry that I was slammed to another website demanding that I purchase a subscription to Drive Tuner in order to load my print drivers. Epson needs to do a better job of making sure your new printer customer make it to the right website to download the print drivers. Beware !!
