This Printer has everything I want.

I just bought and installed this printer. Fairly easy to do and I can print from my smartphone, SD card and usb flash drive and I can also scan.My HP had trouble with that.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Print Quality is Photo perfect

I had a color laser printer for years, and it just died. So I looked for reviews on the best all in one color printer. The Epson WF-3620 was the 1st on the list. I will say I am not disappointed. The setup was a breeze. It automatically updated the printer driver. I have already forgotten about my last printer. The first thing I printed was a photo from my Android phone. Amazing!

I have always been an HP owner, but lately I have not been satisfied with the printers I had purchased. I read reviews on Epson and decided to give the printer a try. Very Happy.

Good Printer - Needs More Support Information

This printer has been a great workhorse, was easy to install and use. There needs to be more support information or troubleshooting tips available from the Epson website. I could not find much information about troubleshooting when the printer refused to print colors. I love the All-In-One feature. The scanner worked great in all instances - feeder and on the glass. There should be an auto-notification when the software or firmware has updates available. I found this out myself, but if I would have registered my printer I may have received notification. Many great features. I would recommend this product.

Bought it a few weeks ago..easy to set up and very efficent at double sided printing/copying!!! Haven't tried to fax but have used to print and copy.
