Just got it last week to replace an Artisan 730. 3-13, just got it set up, easy to do although the computer argued but I won. Had to use the USB line to set up. Have used Epson for many years and different products still happy. Thank you.

Easy Set-up & Fantastic Quality Print!

I just finished setting up my new printer completely via wi-fi and it was incredibly easy and user-friendly. When I saw the quality of print on the "test page" printed toward the end of the installation, I was really pleased! I use Apple-Mac laptop wifi and I highly recommend this Epson WF-3620 printer!

I bought this thinking that it would be the perfect choice for a busy family life. My husband is a high school football coach and my son I have a multitude of projects being in a new advance study program in school. I found nothing positive about this purchase and actually having quite difficulties with it and I am very tech savvy. it appears to only print test pages will not print anything from our computer but the test page. It appears that we can print from our phones to a wireless printer but nothing from texts or written documents.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this item less than 4 months ago, and now the scanner has decided it cannot communicate with the computer. I work from home and a large portion of my job requires my scanner to well, you know, scan things. I have gone through every troubleshooting method including uninstalling and re-installing the software. So.... Thanks Epson....

I would never recommend buying this machine. It only lasted 2 years, the ink is expensive, there are constant updates required, constant difficulty with the printer communicating with the computer. POOR VALUE
