Poor printing quality

NO MATTER HOW MANY TIMES RUN THE MAINTENANCE. IT KEEPS PRINTING VERY POOR.
SCANNING IS A NIGHTMARE SINCE IT GET DISCONNECTED VERY OFTEN AND I HAVE TO STOP TO TURN OFF THE MACHINE, WASTING MY TIME.
THIS MACHINE IS NEW BUT HAS TOO MANY PROBLEMS.

After a couple of months, there appears to be no way of getting the printer back on the network. Printing is slower than 1980s dit-matrix. Awful product

I bought this recently for a small business and have had nothing but problems. It has made me late on job completions and would never recommend this to anyone !!!!

My printer

Its a good printer my last one was noisy, slow and a INK PIG (multi cartridge) This Epson is my first, it prints quickly, clean and clear, plus its easy on the ink. On this particular printer its not really designed for doing photos which a problem for me. But its my fault for not doing better research, but it still prints a decent photo. I would buy this printer again so far I am very happy with it.

Refuses to stay connected to network

I bought this a while back and have the worst time getting utt to stay connected to the network to print without a cable.

Easy to setup and use

This printer is one of the best printers I have ever owned. I have been a IT consultant for 40 years and find this printer to be the most user friendly. Also the quality of print is very good. The ink cartridges are reasonable.

Poor Quality and Not User Friendly

I do a lot of scanning for expense reports/receipts and this printer simply cannot handle it. The scan is always really really poor quality and it has so many options that when I absolutely have to have a good quality scan, I have to spend time on google looking up how to do it. It also cannot scan a batch of papers with receipts taped to them, this immediately results in a paper jam EVERY TIME. Then, to add insult to injury, it is a terrible printer. I could never print professional quality documents out of this printer, it prints text that is often wavy or jagged and leaves print noise all over the page. It also will not let me shrink the print so that a document that would barely be 3 pages can be printed on only 2 pages. I hate this printer and as soon as I run out of ink I'm buying something else.

Failed after 1 year

I purchased this printer because of its cost and apparent good reputation. After only a few months or using it, the printing quality has been gradually decreasing in quality. Now it prints with smudges and blank lines in between text and graphics. I spent the extra money in Epson brand ink cartridges to make sure I did not have problems with the printer, and have already done everything that has been suggested to clean heads and cartridges and nothing has work, so it is not the clogging of ink cartridges or print heads. Very disappointed. I am going to buy a different brand to replace this one
