doesn't seem to print brightly, colors are dull or foggy not crisp. thinking of sending it back honestly. not good for my business.

Best Printer Ever

I purchased my WF 3620 about 2 years ago. I got it so i could print from my I phone . I didn’t want to have to startup my computer just to print a e mail. It is the Best.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer has never worked. Prints with a low green tint. Just re-set it up again. test page is barely readable and light green ink

I bought the WS-3620 3 weeks ago and those this one because it's the smallest all-in-one that has a rear paper feeder. It is perfect for my work office away from home,
and doesn't take much space. I need a rear paper feeder because I print on cardstock 60# and thicker, and copies slide ride out without flipping in the printer. I've been using Epson printers since 1992, and I'm customer for life!

i have decided to buy a throe away printer next time . the procedure for warranty problems is a very big hassle. not worth the extra $

Easy set up. Installed on home network with 10 systems using various versions of Microsoft Windows,(Vista Utlimate, 7 home, 7 pro and Win 10 pro, both 32 and 64 bit). Works faultlessly on all and connects wirelessly with iPhone and iPad. Have installed many printers but this was a straightforward snap. Epson support is good. If you have questions call the toll free number "BEFORE" you start and they will talk you thru the entire process and stay online with you until complete.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer is by far the worst printer I have owned. The touch screen is terrible and does not work easily. The wifi set up has to be re-established daily. After the initial setup yesterday and all was working fine, today the printer won't work. It is frustrating and time consuming. I absolutely do not recommend this product.

I was told this product works seamlessly with apply products. not only is the printer not seen by my iPhone no matter what i do, but once the printer goes into sleep mode it is not seen by any of my Macs at home. its annoying. if i set it up on my wifi it prints great, but i have to reset it every single time i want to print once its after the printer was off for a bit. Even though it says that it is connected to the network and great reception. I tried reaching epson tech support, but the website says " we are unable to give tech support"
