This printer is very easy for a novice to setup. The directions are very easy to follow. Printed out a copy and it looks like a original copy. Comes with four ink cartridges individually. This is helpful as it is not all in one. So when for instance the red cartridge you only have to replace the red cartridge. Loading the paper is very easy as well. You can fax from the printer and you can print our pictures from your photo card.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I give the Epson WF-3620 high marks for ease of use set-up and for good instructions -- right out of the box! So far, my wife and I are very happy with this product!

New Printer Great Quality

I just bought this printer on 02/28/2016 when it went on sale. I decided to buy an Epson Printer because I've had great experiences with Epson products in the past. So far I really like this printer. It seems to be well-made and the color and style of this printer blends in nicely with my home office.
Set up of the printer wasn't too difficult. It took me an hour and a half to get everything set up the way I want it. Most people probably wouldn't take that long to set up a printer but I like to take my time and make sure I am doing everything correctly. The printer came with a quick set-up chart, quick set-up guide, and even a form that included a 1-800 phone number to call if you had questions about setting up the printer.
The other thing I required when shopping for a printer was one that had readily available, reasonably priced, replacement ink cartridges. With this Epson WorkForce WF-3620, I know I have met this requirement. I went to several other stores to ensure the ink for this printer was readily available and reasonably priced. Most major electronic store retailers have the replacement ink cartridges readily available and reasonably priced.
The only reason I gave this printer 4 stars instead of 5 stars was because it did not include a USB cable or an Ethernet cable. Luckily, I was able to find a spare USB cable that I wasn't using.
If a customer bought one of these printers and didn't have a USB cable or Ethernet cable at home, they may have been completely out-of-luck. If they were planning to do wireless printing then it wouldn't matter. Otherwise, a USB or Ethernet cable is a necessity and such a cable or cables should be included with the printer in my opinion.
Other then the lack of a USB or Ethernet cable, this printer should serve my purposes wonderfully. The pages I have printed on it so far today are turning out bright, beautiful, and smudge free. Printing speed is also fantastic. I really like this printer and if it is anything like the previous Epson products I have used, it should last for a few years in my home office.

BEST PRINTER YET!!!

I've not been a fan of Epson other than for black and white printing previously, but I read the reviews for this printer and wanted a color printer that would do back-to-back printing fast and not use a ton of ink. The reviews I read made this printer seem ideal so I bought it and I have to say I am EXTREMELY happy with the speed of printing and set up!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good Decision

I'm so pleased that I made the decision to go with the WF-3620. I did much research, and decided this would be best for me. My research paid off, and I am very pleased with this printer. I did download the pdf of the user manual before setting up the printer, as I prefer written instructions rather than just pictures (what comes with the included instructions for setup). Printer set up easily with my Mac, fax works very well, network setup was very simple. Printing is fast and looks good, touchscreen is simple to use.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My WF-3620

This machine is all that I wanted and MORE.
It rapidly does sharp copies and prints of photos and documents.
I like 2-sided.
Installation into my Mac 10.6 is a bit scary. I have not found out how to darken the print levels.
