Setup needs some work

This WF-3620 is a successor to our Epson X-410 that we had previously. The set-up on the X-410 was much simpler. It's a breeze finding and connecting to the internet on the X-410. What the heck happened? Why did things devolve from when that was made to when the WF-3620 was made?
Also, I got error Ox69 when I first set this up. I looked online. Found many people had this problem. Just needed to fiddle with the ink carriage. Make sure it's snapped tight and secure.
It's loud, too. But it's fast. That's good! And the print quality looks very good.

Work Force Model WF-3620

I really like this printer. Great appearance of the print. Prints very fast and has fax capability too.
Like the fact that when you run out of black ink you can indicate you want to use the other ink as well and for a substantial amount of time you can still print in black.
I do have a problem I have not been able to solve in spite of downloading a new driver for the printer. This problem occurred when using Windows XP and continues since I converted my computer to Windows 7. After I have selected what I want to have printed and click the icon or click Ctrl and P keys a drop down window shows I have been sent to My Pictures or to My Documents.

Temperamental Printer

This is the most difficult printer I have ever used. Paper selection always a problem and trying to print an envelope, well that can take a few trials and errors. Much more difficult all around than my last all-in-one HP. Sorry.

Unable to set printer up

When following instructions that have been provided. I keep getting the message "Paper Jam- Remove the jammed paper and press start"
I have opened and checked all areas of the printer as instructed several times, but the message still is not cleared and I can proceed no further with the installation.
I would recommend this to a friend!

having tried to set this printer up wirelessly for 3 days now I am at breaking point. Why oh why do you not provide a usb cable or at least make it easy to buy one. Very disappointed this was a christmas present and for my money santa can keep it - rubbish

POOR QUALITY

SOMETHING IS WRONG WITH THIS PRINTER. SINCE DAY ONE WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THE PRINTING QUALITY EVEN AFTER CLEANING THE HEADS AND ALIGNMENT.
IT DOES NOT SCAN MULTIPLE DOCUMENTS NEITHER.
VERY INSATISFIED WITH THIS PURCHASE.
