Works as advertised

After uisng this printer as a home printer for the past 2 months I am pleased with it. It was easy to setup and add to my wireless network and has worked without any issues.
I would recommend this to a friend!

WF-3620 is DOA

I've always loved Epson printers so I was excited to buy and set up this one. However, it has serious problems. It almost never prints from WIFI. And there is no USB cord included in the box. Evidently I must order one, and I have not looked for one yet.
I am not sure why it can't connect-its an ongoing problem. I can connect via WIFI to my Mac laptop, but not the printer. What a disappointment and waste of time and money.

What a nightmare. Never purchased Epson before and will never again. "Setup for wireless , smartphone etc. is a nightmare. Print quality ok. Opt for an Nfc capable printer if your intent is to print using smartphone or mobile device. Software took over 30 minutes to install on a desktop.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Printer

Printed out unusual size heavy cardstock and it was very fast and didn't jam (my old hp jammed every 2 prints on this particular card stock). Easy set up ( I just set up as a regular USB connection.) I will set up on the network later. I was in a hurry to get 150 invitations and 150 RSVP cards printed!!!Got the job done in about an hour and a half- while I was doing other things!!

So far soooo goooddd !! Easy set-up, compliance with windows7 and windows10, quality printing, and of course reasonable price..

My finger pads are not recognized on the application screen of the printer. I have to continually try to press them for it to be recognized. Others in the house do no have this issue. I had it replaced once and should do it again.

two trays would be great

I bought this to replace a Canon Pixma, which gave up the ghost. It's fine, but one thing it does not have that the Canon did is a rear tray that can hold a decent amount of paper. This has a rear tray but you have to feed the paper in one sheet at a time. Literally. It can't handle even two. I print a lot of legal-size documents and it's an incredible pain to feed each sheet in one at a time. I'm just biding my time until I can find a printer that has similar features as this one PLUS the rear tray.
