went smoothly.... with the exception that CONFIGURE, needs definition or emphasis; since ink can't be installed until configure is complete.

This is much to difficult to work with. It is the worse printer I have ever bought. It is very hard to install and I am not at all happy with it. I do not recommend it to anyone.

30 Minutes Up and Running

Just like all the rest of my Epson printers. I installed it (actually it installed itself) and was up in running in 30 minutes. No need to worry about your LAN installation, it does it for you. Thank you Epson engineers and software teams you're making it easy to configure and install. Sorry for the support personnel. Lol

Easy Installation

I purchased my Epson WF-3620 this evening, on recommendation from my daughter who has the previous model and loves it. So far I'm very impressed with the ease in set up for my wireless connection. Instructions are very explicit and installation went without a hitch. The test page printed perfectly. I've printed several pages of clear, easy to read pages. It was comforting to know I could call the provided support line if I needed assistance at any point. I think I've made the right choice in printers this time and I am looking forward to issue-free printing.

DO NOT BUY

This printer is the worst printer I have ever purchased. You will have problems from the day you receive it and take it out of the box with error codes and your computers not picking up the signal that it is available to print - both in the networking and direct connection mode.
Epson really needs to fix this and step up their game cause this is supposed to be a better model.

this printer is making me CRAZY

It worked beautifully for about a month. Then things got funky. The scanner would be temperamental. Then of course it doesn't do anything unless the ink is all full; there are no indicators that it is not. Then the Wi-Fi wouldn't connect. Or reconnect. I uninstalled the software and reinstalled it. I am making myself CRAZY following the incredibly poor Epson instructions.
I am going to throw this printer out of the window into the snow.
Epson clearly is in the ink business. Not the printer business.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

No Wireless Connection

Can only print with USB. Wireless not working on laptop, tablet or android. Reviewed and did all suggestions from manual and online nothing works. Tried to call and wait time was atrocious.
