Frustrated

I have had the Workforce 3620 for several weeks not and am still trying to figure out how to do things with it. I've had MANY printers over the years, but this one is just not very intuitive. I've not been able to get the back paper source to work and the ADF only sporadically. I have been trying to update the software all morning and can't get past about 40%. I have finally give up for now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very difficult to get the wireless system to begin to work is their a simpleir way. other than that its a great printer

I found the set up and installation complicated and frustrating. I am having difficulty trying to print on the paper. It kept shooting paper through without printing what I selected.
After many attempts to register on your site I almost gave up. The page kind of came up but quickly disappeared. Thought you might like to know!

Easy to set up & use

Purchased this all-in-one printer for home use. It was very easy to set up and self-test to get it ready to use. We plan to use it as a wireless printer, with occasional document copying and rarely - to receive/send faxes. So far, so good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Early Impressions

I've had Epson printers for many years and when I needed to replace my aging unit, this was an easy choice. Set up was flawless. First efforts were successful. Too soon to go beyond this.

I just got my printer. This is the first time getting an Epson brand product. I am thrill. It is an awesome printer. Very easy installation process. I did not encounter any issues or problems doing the installation. Everything went well. I already have done copies, print direct from my laptop, Wi-Fi setup, and perfect. The prints looks remarkable. I have a new toy.

upgrade from old printer

I had some trouble installing the printer and setting everything up; but it is due to the fact that it was the first time I used a printer so upgraded. I am so excited with all the features it has! It prints fast and it is easy to use once everything is up to date. I did hear a grinding noise the first two times, was going to return it and gave it one las time I connected it to the wifi first then it worked fine . I love it cant wait to use all the features . I would recommend it , my brother has owned his for a while and he has never had a problem with it. because it is wireless i can store it where the kids cant get to it.
