First Review: Easy Setup

The unit is well packaged. The initial ink cartridges in the vacuumed sealed wrap a nice touch. This is our first Epson product so that is a nice touch. The unit is bigger than our last and doesn't fit in previous space the old printer was located, but no big deal. The wireless setup was very easy: connectivity to the network and the laptops to the unit. I have not set up the mobile devices yet, as the app from Google Play requires registration to install, which takes me to a error page that says "the page you requested is invalid." very disappointing. i'll let you know how this works out...

Outstanding

I actually ordered and received this printer in Aug 2015 and I have been impressed. It has connected easily and works flawlessly. It replaced another company's all-in-one that offered many problems (mainly with the software) and I am glad I made the switch to Epson. We use this printer as the family printer. It sits on the network and has been able to be accessed and used by the desktop, laptops and tablet with no issues. Highly recommend it.

This is a great product for the price. The replacement ink is very reasonable. All in all this is a great printer. The cons are we have it connected wireless and every morning we have to reset it. Other than that everything else is great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This printer is the best I've had so far!..very fast and the ink lasts along time with normal home usage. its very easy to set up and use.

The only reason I did not give it 5 stars, the menu was difficult to figure out at first...
BUT... it printed out a photo 8.5x11 that I took off my camera SD CARD... it was Beautiful!!!!!!!
I could not get one that clear from a professional... photo outfit

New printer installation

The printer was excellent out of the box. The moving parts were properly taped and the printer was tight in the box. Following the quick start document was easy and worked without much difficulty. I had two issues. The Epson.com/support/wireless online video would not work past about 2 minutes. The video is suppose to be about 4.5 minutes long. The other issue was after the printer setup. I got an error message when trying to print a test page. I reset the software and everything worked fine. The printer appears to be working perfectly.
