After following the set up instructions(easy to follow) I made several copies of documents and was very impressed. Much higher quality than my previous printer.

followed all instructions shows connect to network but both my windows 10 lap tops can not find the printer found fax but not printer HELP

Frustrating set-up

Just set up the new Epson...finally!!! I am not exactly new to computers/printers/electronic technology but I have to tell you...FRUSTRATING!!! The directions for set-up are lacking and poor at best...just happened to hit right sequence of buttons to get the date input correctly and keep moving forward...Grrr!!! Test pages printed great so I'm giving it the benefit of the doubt and hoping for the best!!!

Printer is excellent but reward program sucks.

Set up was easy; print quality excellent but when I tried to join the rewards program it would not accept my printer serial #. Go figure.

Easy Set up

I have set up many printers in the past, however, this was the first one that was so easy to set up. Not only was I able to set it up on my home computers, but also on my phones. And this was the first all in one I was able to have the FAX mode set up and actually work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Excellent printers need expert users

Very good printer with multiple features that require expertise to utilize fully.
Not being an expert, I had to re-install/re-start it several times.
Had to learn wireless, wired, USB printing; I also learned how to send fax.
Still have to learn how to receive fax. After that I still cannot call myself an "expert".
