so far so good. Set-up was easy... though my laptop did not like the CD with set-up info, had to go to Epson.com and down load software, but still easy. Looking forward to lots of future pringing in color and b&w.

A few minor features away from being excellent

I wish it came with a USB cable to connect to my computer because the last two printers I've had were wireless and at one point the wireless function completely failed, so I really only feel comfortable with the USB connection. Having to buy that component separately is a little irritating. Also the start-up disc is not compatible with Windows 10, which I'm sure will be fixed soon but still just another extra step that I wish I didn't have to take.

It was Easy to setup. The cd ran very easy and fast. my hardest part was to untape everything. The instructions were easy to understand. It prints great and fast. I am glad I got this Printer.

Everything was great right out of the box. Followed all instructions,,,and herein lies a problem. The cheat sheet tells you to enter the time of year, 12/24 hour clock, , , , But then comes time to set the clock, but it stops on setting the date...My grandsond figured it out. Now the HARD PROBLEM. I had a herd time getting the Startup disk in my MacBookPro. The reason was that the disk was either to thick or to wide and it stuck in my computer. So I killed the Setup Disk and did the driver/setup from the Epson website and that worked out fine..THEN it took my granddaughter and two credit card shoved it the computer disk slot to physically extract the disk. Other than that ALL IS WELL in Epsonville.
