Good product

I like the product so far, only had it for a short time. It has many capabilities, some I will use regularly and others not so much. Three places to feed the paper but one of them is on the back side which means I need to pull it out in order to use that feed, which happens to be the one that I will use often.

Easy setup, buttons on unit large enough to push without delay and love the 2 trays & feeder in the back of printer. Color on pages are clear and vibrate. No streaks or fading

Impossible to set up Wireless

The printer prints the test pages saying it is connected wirelessly but after that I must use the USB printer cable to get It to print from either my MacBook or my windows 10 computer.
I have spent far too many hours trying to set this up and am not impressed with this printer.
In addition it is HUGE for a home office. I obviously must have purchased the wrong model.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just set it up

Just finished setting this printer up. Very simple and straight forward. It immediately connected to my WiFi and tried AirPrint right away and no issues. The additional Epson connect features are just a bonus. Have yet to print a number of pages but so far so good. Will send an additional review after a few months of using it.

Love the Printer

This is the second Workforce printer I've purchased. Printer is great. Best out there for home/small biz use. Rugged too. However, Setup is straight forward EXCEPT there is not a step where you connect the printer to your network. Only when you install the SW provided by Epson does it say it is doing this but you a. aren't connected to the printer b. It never shows you or asks you for your SSID name or password therefore fails on the firmware updated. This happened on my last one too. This has stalled me until I figure out what I did wrong. This is the only reason I wouldn't give it 5 stars. Work on this Epson.
