Easy setup

Once I actually sat down and read the instructions, the setup was very simple.
Hopefully, its use will be better than the Epson 400 that I had previously.

We were looking to replace a large mono laser and a small color inkjet. The 3640 had everything we wanted at a very good price. Customer service at the online store was great. So far, the printer has more tan lived up to our expectations and the company's description. The print quality really is comparable to our old laser. Well done Epson.

Easy to Install / Nice quality printing

I bought the printer because it is (1) wireless and (2) able to scan multiple pages into a single .pdf. Was expecting a difficult install, but I was wrong. Super easy install and very pleased with the print quality.

Very happy with printer. Easy to use, touch screen, sleek, and works well. Extremely happy with tech support. Any number of problems with initial setup to WIFI and computer. If not tech savvy you will be scratching your head. But tech support was very knowledgeable and got me up and running without a lot of stress. Installing ink cartridges is a little different from other printers, especially if you have a touch screen. Read instructions before you attempt first. Overall, very happy with choice.

printer try malfunction

its bulky printer. it fills lot of space. Homescreen, function layouts east to recognize. I didn't like to select touchscreen to beforehand to command to make a copy, scan, or fax.
Printer does not automatically detects tray when loaded tray1 paper runs out. its great machine.

Tried to use it wi-fi did not work, trying to use it with a usb cable the cable does not fit tight enough and I have to adjust it all the time. I have only had it for 3 week but it is becoming more trouble than it is worth.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the Espon WorkForce WF 3640 printer but I can't get it to stay on "one-sided" copy. I have to change the settings every time I make a copy because it automatically goes back to "2 sided copy". Very annoying and time comsuming.
