What the....

What the heck, wont print from the rear feed, keeps trying to feed from TRAY 1. Wont even feed properly from there if you use custom stock or card stock. PLEASE JUST MAKE IT TAKE FROM THE REAR

Printing is fine, copy is useless

I have been using this printer for printing from my computer for several months with no problems.
This evening I tried a copy for the first time. Two-thirds of the sheet was a black banded-block. The other third was fine.
I have no idea what is causing this.
So, for computer printing -- which is my primary usage, obviously -- this is a fine printer.
The all-in-one? Not so much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

GREAT printer to set up and works great! We have an EPSON WF-3620 and it is so good that we bought a second EPSON.Great online and phone support.

I had the WF-3640 for 3 months and was pretty satisfied, if not totally, with the color prints I made. Once I replaced the original ink cartridges, the printer never printed right again, even after cleaning the heads. Then it wouldn't turn on one day, without an error message or any other indication of why and that was the end of the 3640. I will go back to laser jet printers and may not buy Epson again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
