The only thing I don't like is the ink dries up very quickly.

Instruction Manual

There is no instruction booklet with this product. I'm having difficulty figuring out how to do many normal functions and how to use all the new things this machine offers me with a touch screen & 2 paper trays. It's very frustrating to have to log on to the internet & seek out a manual each time I have a question about how to do something or why the machine is doing something I don't want it to do and I cant figure out how to fix it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This copier virtually set itself up Instructions were simply a road map to the next step This is our second Epson the first lasted 10 years but with new technology you get to pare phone tables and desktop This is the type of technology that does make life easier

Epson 3640

To start off with I am not an office person, I spent a little extra on this printer for its features and printing capabilities. I may not need it to do all it can do but I feel that's better, to get on with it. I had a bit of trouble setting this thing up at first, not being able to get it set up and then not getting it to communicate with my computer but the support team was very patient and walked me through everything without talking down to me or like I was illiterate. I am now up and running. I would buy your products over and over and refer you to friends and co workers. Thanks

I just installed the WF-3460. I followed the instructions step by step and all went as smoothly.
I downloaded all the manuals/guides just in case I need them quickly. Using MS office 2010 I'm also able to make booklets. I'm very happy!

Product Registration

Set up easy. Seems to work great, but only printed 3 pages.
The Registration Form, which is copyrighted 2015, would NOT let me put 05/27/2016. Said I had to use a date more recent than 01/01/2010...that's not very impressive. Hope the printer's better than that.
Tried 2015 and it registered the printer. When developed in 2015 they did not provide for future years??? Really. Now I'm stuck with a printer registered as already out-of-warrant. wow

Just bought this 3 in 1, but so far it is great. The set up, including wireless was super fast and easy and the print quality is excellent. Loving it so far!

This was a printer that I purchased after doing extensive research via Consumer Reports. I completely agree with the excellent review that the Epson Workforce WF-3640 received. I am very satisfied and the installation was very easy to accomplish. I assure you that you will be as happy as I am should you decide to purchase this product.
