I purchased an Epson WF 3640 last week. When I completed the initial setup except for loading the software, I printed a copy of the receipt as a test. Printing looked good. When I went to load the software, nothing happened. This AM I called the Epson Tech Support line. I couldn't understand one word spoken by the 1st two techs that came on the line. Number 3 was somewhat better but obviously not a native speaker of English. Issue was not resolved. He did nothing regarding downloading the driver. He kept on insisting that my computer had a virus and that only Microsoft could properly protect my computer. The final analysis appeared to be that he was trying to sell me a Microsoft security system for about $500.00. I declined his offer and then called my local security company. The earliest available appointment is next Monday. If the driver installation problem cannot be resolved, I will return this product to the Office Depot where it was purchased. Then I will shop for a product made in the USA by an American company.

Faded Ink Always

Not happy with this printer at all, I have replaced the cartridges multiple times. Cannot print a full page in high quality.

Terrible Printer

I hate this printer. I bought three of them for an 80-person office. We're a digital agency so not doing a ton of printing. I was happy at first as the wireless setup was easy and everything worked right away. However, the ink cartridges are so small that I end up need to replace one almost every day. And, after a few months it's needing a lot of print head nozzle cleaning. The maintenance this thing requires is just not worth it. I would only get this printer for a home where you only very occasionally print.

Great All-in-one

The Epson All-in-One printer is easy to use and has all the same features as a more expensive printer we replaced for a much lower price.

Can't get it to work

I have a laptop that runs on Windows 10. I can't get this printer to work wirelessly with my laptop. I can't even get the driver to work on my laptop.

Perfect Home Office Printer

I work from home, am a Realtor and need to print quality contracts and listings w/ pics quite often. I've never worried about presenting the documents that the WorkForce WF-3640 produced. From scanning to printing, the Epson WorkForce does what I need....and quickly. For the money, I really felt that I made the right decision. I chose Epson mainly due to price, but its performance far exceeds my expectations. I'm very happy with the WorkForce WF-3640.

Easy setup

This printer was easy to install and setup. Not one glitch did I have while going through the process. I would advise to people to use the guide in the box that says "START HERE". They are not kidding. Use this easy to follow guide and you cannot fail!
