I am a reasonably experienced technology user, and have several Epson advanced photographic printers, but needed an "all-in-one" for a special project. The WF-3640 set up easily, connected quickly and flawlessly, has an easy to understand set of interfaces and produces excellent quality output for the cost. Well done!

I have used Epson for years and it was time for us to get a new system. Our main reason for this product is the faxing and scanning features.

I bought this because I wanted to be able to print envelopes. 3 months later I still can't print envelopes!! Other than the envelope problem it prints well and I like the easy two-sided printing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just opened the box and had it up and running in 10 minutes or so. So far easy to setup and the few pages I printed look good. The flatbed scanner is a little flimsy, seems like a pin is missing in one of the hinges. Not worried about it, as I'll be using the feed scanner mostly.
