I email someone prior to this and got zero response. I do not find the manual that came with the machine adequate. I don't have a clear idea of how to load paper to whichever function I want and I have faxed

I have had this printer for only a couple of months and used it a few times. It was much easier to set up and connect to my wireless than I expected. It has more features, is easier to use, and it prints much faster than my former short-lived printer whose dying words were "out of paper," which was not true.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Using printer in home office for engineering business, use it every day, fast easy setup, works great, excellent printing, ink price is ok, holds a ream of paper between two trays. awesome printer. Has great features, scan is perfect, print is awesome, wifi works perfect. Very nice printer and looks awesome. Purchased another one for my son in college, and I am getting ready to purchase a wide format WF-7620 for 11 x 17 paper also. Great Job Epson this printer is a Home Run!

The 3640 is a fast and easy to use business machine. Not real good for photos...

SETUP for the EPSON WF3640

So far all I can say is the setup for the first laptop was 4.0. For those that dont know 4.0 is a military term for top dog or one of the best. Hope the next setup is just as easy. I'll follow this comment up with how it went.
