Very pleased with this copier/printer. For the money it is difficult to beat. We needed a printer where we could have envelopes and paper loaded at the same time so that we can do a letter and have it ready to mail. The dual feed trays allow us to speed up printing. We are happy with the quality of the printing and the amount of printing with the cartridges of ink.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I returned the printer because it kept giving me an error message - saying there was a paper jam and there wasn't!

Just set up new printer, had a few glitches however the tech service provided excellent help in resolving the problems for me.

WE HAVE HAD A FEW PRINTERS, BUT SO FAR THIS IS THE NICEST. ONLY THING IS INSTRUCTIONS READ LIKE STEREO INSTRUCTIONS. A LITTLE TROUBLE TRYING TO GET THE SCANNER SET UP TO EMAIL. WILL BE CALLING EPSON FOR ASSISTANCE.

Purchased for typical home use. This full featured printer does everything well. We have run through a couple reams of paper with no jams or problems of any type. Printing speed is sufficient for home use. One or two pages are done before I can walk from the kitchen to the computer room. We are just starting to install the third set of standard capacity color ink cartridges, including the ones that came with the printer. Epson puts a pop up note on your screen to let you know when a cartridge is low. Each cartridge can be replaced individually. When one of the color cartridges runs out, this printer gives you the option of printing in black. The touch screen is responsive but requires a short trial and error learning curve. Minor irritation, the paper tray that is selected will remain the default tray until another tray is chosen or the printer is turned off and restarted. This can catch you if you have regular paper in one tray and punched paper in the other tray and two people using the printer at the same time. Hint, shop for cartridges on line to see what is available before purchasing from your local store. The stores only carry one or two of a dozen combinations and sizes, so you may have to search for what you really need.
