Worst multi function printer

Bought this model less than a year when it started to have printing issue - anything from font issues to not printing in color and bottom paper can only take 1/3 is possible capacity (caused jam every time loading paper to more than a 1/3 capacity). It a ink toners guzzler. When used generic ink toners, constant problems - keep giving error messages.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Scanner not working out of the box

I bought a few weeks back - still can't get the scanner to scan to my computer. We have to scan to a stick and then upload.... I've gone through the "logical" way throught the panel icon - it scans - but to where?? Goofy
They online manual is not very good either.
So I don't use this one as much since it isn't very user friendly. Kind of a waste.

Difficult to connect WIFI

I bought this about 2 years ago. I've had problems trying to connect to scan and save on my MAC.

Photo printing is poor image reproduction.
Ink cartridges expensive, and when refilled the printer hardly acknowledges it. Printer sensors show empty ink cartridges while they're really 35 % full.

quick printer, but ink cartridges don't last very long and dose not yield as many prints as it should. very disappointing.
