Hard for a person with little computer knowledge to set up.

Setup was time consuming (compared to HP printers). Firmware update failed at 32% installation even though I made 3 attempts.

Great printer for the money. Very multi functional & the wifi allows you to print directly from your cell phone using the Epson App.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Quick and Easy Setup!

From out of the box to full capability in under :30. The only snag was a possible error message that I got that said, "The network channel assigned to your WiFi network is not supported by the printer. This may disable your printer's WiFi connection." I thought this would hold up the installation process, but everything worked out. This was a huge relief!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy setup

I was a little cautious about this printer after reading reviews stating problems setting up this printer. I can only say that my experience was so easy I couldn't believe it. I set up 3 computers, an iPod and my router in about 30 minutes or less. It found my wireless router quickly and I just put in the password and the wireless functions was good to go. I've had it over a month and no issues with connections at all so far.
The printing is superior to my last Lexmark and black and white pages are quite fast, as is 2 sided printing.
So far as a home printer that gets daily use I've been very happy. Time will tell about ink usage and reliability, but so far so good.
