I really like my NEW EPSON. My son suggested for me to purchase this brand. He has an EPSON WF, that is 5 years old, and he is still very pleased with it.
AFTER he set this up for me, from there, it is very good quality printing and easy to use.
I only wish they sold a Dust Cover for it. I will have to make one.

Scanning & Making Copies

After hours of research and false tries I have NEVER been able to make this thing work. At long last, I can complete one task only; printing from the computer.
I cannot scan to email, I cannot make copies, nothing!.
I actually hired someone 2X who also couldn't program this thing. Way too complicated, too many options. Oh so much wish it was one button

Easy to operate, Simple enough for grandchildren to use. Produces great pictures, and copies, Large High Capacity Black ink cartridge, plus can print onto construction paper. Perfect for home use.

New Installation

I bought a new Epson 3640 this morning; I just completed installing the printer using a Wi-Fi connection. I am a senior citizen whom grew up without computers/printers so this installation was easy and very menu driven.. I cannot wait to start printing away!

Excellent value

In 5 years I had gone through 4 of a competing manufacturer's printers. Epson was recommended and I am delighted with the purchase. The set up took a bit of time but was simple and smooth. My WF 3640 is networked to 3 computers and the print quality is excellent. There is very little lag time between selecting "print" and having the document in hand.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not the easiest device to work. Wish they came with owners manual. Kind of a pain to have to print any part you might need to read.customer support is really nice and not so hard to understand. Their product knowledge might be a bit shakey.

Love my printer

I got my Epson for my home office. I use it to scan and print documents mostly. I love it. It isn't bulky. It prints quickly and quietly. My only complaint would be how much it uses ink and how costly the cartridges are.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer uses up a lot of ink and is very bulky. Does have several drawers. Ink is the big draw back for the cost.
