Great Printer Exceptional Value

I have only had the printer for a few days but must say am so far I am impressed.
Printer was very easy to set up. The Print quality is excellent. All functions (Printing, Copying, Scanning and Faxing) are easy to operate and work well.
I would recommend his printer to anyone looking for a multi-functional printer.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Fantastic Buy !

I did my research and found that Epson has a great reputation for all-in-one printers. Everything that has been said is very positive. My old printer broke after about a year and I needed one quickly. My research led me to a store not far from my house and I had a few to choose from. I settled in on the WF-3640, and I am ever so glad! Easy to install and get working, everything went as planned, I really did not have to do much except follow the very good directions. From the start, my WF-3640 has out performed my old printer. It is quicker, clearer, and just enjoyable to work with. I recommend this product to everyone!

Not very reliable

At first this printer was a gem, although it seemed to use a lot of ink. After using it a little, I had to replace several ink cartridges even though I had purchased the XL ones. Now it doesn't print blue, so I cleaned the print heads and aligned it and followed through all the maintenance. It still won't print blue, so I bought another set of XL cartridges (all the cartridges were still in date) and it still won't print blue. Don't waste your time on this printer!!

I have owned about 43 printers in the last 20 years. My course of business relies heavily on the hard copy document, its timeliness and quality. I have this experience as the printer is so critical that I replace them after two years regardless of its instant condition or when it fails. I do not ship printers for repair...for any reason. The 3640 brings Epson quality and stability to the table...however I buy the 3640 (number 2) because its stupid-proof. The Wi-Fi connection is automatic and effortless if you stay our t of the way. If you don't its still effortless except your embarrassed because you can't follow simple instructions. Cartridges are inexpensive compared to the market standard and easy to obtain. I will run this machine 3 hours a day....without a break...Epson is indeed printing spelled differently. If this machine fails I will purcashe the same one the next day...its likely the failure was the result of something I did. The 3640 is the tip of the spear...the edge people like me cannot do without.

Love the products but they don't operate long before they become defective. This is the third printer I have purchased that had operation problems in a short period of time. Purchased this workforce 3640 5 months ago and it now is not working. Not sure how much of a WORKFORCE that is. I very rarely complain and literally never right reviews but I am getting tired of inferior products. I don't have time to deal with this, that's why I buy it new.

Can't believe how easy to set up

I read many reviews of this printer online before I purchased it. The good, the bad and the confusing reviews, just so I had a chance to look at this printer from many directions. I literally was quite amazed how easy it was to set up and the page printing colors are crisp and vivid. I'm sold, now, and for the future! The only difficulty was in setting up the FAX. I needed a double modular jack outlet--one for FAX and the other for cable. I'm still looking for that part in electronic stores. But in a few stores my son, who is 14, kept referring me to a USB plug port. I told him that was not the modular jack. He had no idea what I was referring to! I guess us old timers know a FEW things after all!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The absolute worst printer for wireless printing!!

This printer will not show up on any of my wireless products as even being available to print to even though it has an excellent wifi connection. I have tried wifi. I have tried connecting Ethernet to the router. I have tried connecting usb to the router. Absolutely none of these options worked. The only way it will print is if I delete it and redownload the printer every time on my computer or if I plug it directly into my computer. Save yourself the hassle and get another brand. I have coworkers and friends who have other brands and they never have this issue ever. Biggest most frustrating technological headache of my life.

I am waiting on my 3rd replacement. tech support says there is a hard drive problem with this product. Why is it still on the market? ????
