One Went South; New One Is En Route

First WF-3640 stopped printing magenta after 1 year + 3 days. Returned it for a brand new WF-3640. Took about 6 hours to connect its WiFi to my Mac. It prints magenta okay, but no yellow nor cyan. And that was with NEW toner cartridges. I sure expected better. Also, the latest software "upgrades" have complicated and slowed the process of changing out the cartridges. Finally, the new, from-the-factory cartridges aren't working, even after cleaning the print heads of this new printer. I'd call it a piece of junk!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Never printed nice. Now at 1 year it is a trashcan item. Not impressed at all.

Not enough information on the enclosed printed information for a smooth set-up. Now I have an Error Code too! (PS: I wanted to like it.)

Very good printer except for the fonts being too small for seniors to comfortably read.Sorry i purchased without a hands on trial.This is my third Epson printer.They are not getting any better in my opinion.

I've just bought this printer. Set up is easy and print quality is good. I have not used it that much yet, but I've had epson printer before and am sure that I won't have any problem with this one. I like the quality of Epson printers.

just bought my new wf3640 and all the instructions were easy to follow and set it all up in less than 30 minutes ... i was a bit nervous at first since im not very tech savvy but got thru it without any problems ... looking forward to my first printing jobs....
