Amazing

I really love this printer so far. I haven't been able to explore all of its features, but from what I have seen, it is really great.
Print quality is amazing. And having the option of using either tray is great. I can set up print jobs that suit all my needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I checked out several printers and chose this one since I had two other Epson's in the past with good experiences. It has great features and looks to be built very well. I just installed it which went flawlessly. I will see how well it does and how the ink costs work out and update this review at a later time.

Set up was flawless. Didn't have to think about how to do anything. When setup asked for the s/n It was provided automatically. Even the fax connected in a minute or two. Prints look really good.

won't work

cant make it work after one full day of trying. tried every thing I could think of. have two lap tops and can't get this thing to work on ether one of them. have not tried to connect directly but have no trouble connecting anything else wia wifi.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Paper Jam

I brought this product less than four hours ago to print up my son's report. The second time printing it read error paper jam. After following all the instructions, I was unable to clear the paper jam. The odd thing there was no paper jam. I looked throughout the printer. I had to print from cassatte/drawer number two. I took the printer back to the store where I purchased it and they indicated that this is a common problem and suggested I purchase the warranty so they can fix it each and every time. I don't have time to continue to ran back and forth to a store. Return the product.

Great Printer

Our old Epson broke and we just bought this one so far it is working great. The only problem we had with our first Epson was the paper tray but this one seems much improved. The ink and print quality so far are great. The set up was also very easy and we use WiFi and so far no problems

limited printing options

This printer stinks with the limited printing options for optional page sizes. To be able to print only one page at a time for half size letter paper stinks. It is too time consuming. All of the other printers that I have had would print any size page with as many pages as were in the letter of material.
So get with the program and fix this problem.
