rear duplex tray a pain -causes paper jams

I've owned this for about 2 weeks. Today, I ran about 75 duplex copies through the printer using 28 lb. paper. Then, it jammed continuously in the rear duplex tray. I downloaded the manual for the printer and nothing (loading paper correctly, etc.) worked. I finally gave up (after removing paper from the rear duplex tray about 15 times) and will try again in the morning. When it worked, it worked beautifully, but .....
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great product, but short lived

I loved my Epson, so much I got another one after the first one went caput after 13 months. I liked that the ink lasts longer than most and it was fast. I liked all the options that I needed in one machine. What I didn't like is that home printers do not seem to last more than a year. Not just EPSON. I've had other that didn't last as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Feeder Tray

I've found the feeder tray in the model isn't as good as it could be, I think I may have broken it after trying to get it to work. I think it prefers thicker paper than thinner, because if I try to scan loose leaf I always get a jam.
It is a very speedy printer though.

leaves horizontal white spaces even after multiple cartridge changes. tried this printer after years of HP junk. this printer takes forever to initialize and it quirky to operate.

difficult to set up

This is my second Epson all-in-one. The difficulty setting up the wifi connection is amazing. There is no support either written or online. Very disappointing. When it works, great, but spending a day trying to troubleshoot a printer setup is unnecessary.

I bought this printer yesterday and have not been able to set it up. There are no directions, the ones that are provided are very difficult to understand. I will try with Epson technical tomorrow, if that does not help I will return the printer.

Printer is easy to set up. It prints 2-sided and is very fast and extremely quiet.

Low quality printer;not recommended. It is slow and loud. It only prints in red and black; other colors are not legible.
