I just spent 90 minutes on the phone with Epson Tech Support in order to figure out how to print a single envelope from the rear slot on this printer. The online instructions are completely incorrect. The picture on the feed slot is also the incorrect position for the envelope. The first support person was obviously reading from the instructions and was of no help. He passed me on to "second tier" support who again was unable to figure out how to get this printer to print an envelope. It was just by chance that I put the feed slot in the center position and flipped the envelope around to get it to print. I have never had this kind of difficulty in trying to accomplish this simple task.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Will not print

Turned on the printer this morning and it will not print. Printed a test page and it shows that there is a problem. The link to Epson was worthless. Is there a way to troubleshoot this month old printer. I even tried searching for Nozzle Check on Epson's website and that is why it forced me into this series of screens, so I wrote this review.

This printer has impressive features such as 1 to 2 page scan, 2 to 2 page scan, prints fast, cloud scan up to 999 pages wow.

Keeps jamming can't find air printer takes to long to start printing even from a computer having a lot of problems have to call India again even though I bought it in America
