So far so good! Easy setup, took all of 8 minutes with no issues at all. Printed test pages very nicely!

In setting up this printer everything went very well with no problems. The one major drawback is the fact that the usb port to connect to a computer is located on the FRONT of the unit, so the cable has to be strung across or on top of the printer--very unsightly. I understand one in for a thumb drive, but for connecting to a computer one needs to be in the back.
I may return the printer because of this.

First off, the "Quick Guide" is missing a critical piece of information. Once you enter the date, it should say "hit the left pointing arrow on the digital keypad to proceed to the next screen"--this key information is lacking. Think what the User has to experience!

I will amend this review if things get better but i needed to vent. I am still trying to download the setup file to my windows machine. a 215MB file is telling me 4 hours to download. I tested my network speed, it is good, I'm hard wired to cable. Where is epson hosting these files, Timbuktu? Wireless printing also took a long long time to come through from my MAC. Quality looks OK. Let's see if the experience improves

One of the best printer I have ever owned and bought by Epson. Love the quality of the prints and how fast it prints. I would definitely recommend the printer to my family and friends.

dear sirs.
yesterday, i purchased the above epson all in one printer. after my computer literate son, worked on setting the machine up for me for two hours, he gave up with frustration. he scoured the directions to no avail. not being one that gives up easily, he was rather angry when he stopped and said,"wouldn't it be nice ,for once, that a tool could be simply put together to work properly.
needless to say, the "breakthough, all in one printer" is going back tomorrow and i will get a refund for it, but not our time or effort in driving to best buy, studying all of our options , carrying it home, trying to set it up and failing . what little it did print was so light and blurred that one couldn't decipher what was written . it was the same partial sentence each time we tried to print out what we needed.
so, much as i liked the look and the variety of things this tool offered to do, it didn't.
it is annoying to go to such trouble and then after hours of trying to make something work, giving up, as nothing makes it work.
maybe, it was bought once already and brought back for the same reason.there was only one on the shelf; whatever the reason for its failure.
your product is rated high. that's why i bit the bait.
glad that you had this request for a review, so that i could give you an idea of this product's weak point.
