Printer Operation

The operation of the printer was very difficult because there are very little instructions included with quick guide. Until I found user guide I was very loss. This included just about all functions of the printer. I became very frustrated and angry.
I am still not completely satisfied after the first week of ownership.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Spending a half hour to get this to print one envelope is not productive, especially when it still doesn't print one, The instructions are not clear about how to make it work.
all instructions require hours of experimenting to get the printer to work.
Don't buy one of these, anything would be better, even hand written is better, and more productive.

WF-3640 All In One Epson Printer

No! Do not buy this printer!!!!! I've been trying to set up this printer for hours!!!! First, my computer could not read the CD. I had to go online to download the software. The instructions are "barely there," and hardly a help at all!!!!! And, I'm still trying to set up a working printer! It should be easy as one, two, three but it isn't!!!!! I hate the fact tomorrow I'm going to have to call someone who can't even speak English, to help me set up this printer so it works!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is by far the worst printer I've ever owned and I have not even had it for a full year. The problems are endless, scanning, printing, wi-fi connection. Do NOT waste your money on this terrible product. I finally gave up and now am going to have to purchase another printer.

Bad Product

After setting up the printer and successfully connecting to my WiFi, the printer does not properly print using the black cartridge. The print is faint with a lot of lines running through the page.
I am not going to bother with this printer, it will end up in my used equipment bone yard.

Do not like this printer. This printer is very difficult to work with especially trying to print on a single or 2 sided document. Do not like the way the envelope printer works, I would not buy this again.

This printer is a pain to use. It's annoying to load the paper, ink, etc. It's noisy, noisy, noisy! I would not recommend it.
