I just purchased this Epson printer yesterday, I think it bis a well built all in one printer. So far it is performing perfectly. I hope to get several years use out of it.

Worthless, brand new out of the box, did not print. Even put new ink in and same result. Easy set up but just cheap product.

WF 3640 jammed when faxing and making copies. Multi faxing brought about multi jams. I had to feed a sheet at a time. Copying brought about the same result. Needless to say, I took WF 3640 back to the store and got an XP; the price was the same for each Epson.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am not a computer wizard by any stretch of imagination, that's why when I say install is a snap, you can believe it! Have not really had a chance to use all functions yet, but I like the print quality...pretty sharp and clear. The menu buttons are pretty straight forward and easy to follow. Did not rate it a 5 star only because I have not used all functions yet and felt it would be unfair.
