I really like the laser-like print quality of this printer. The double trays and awesome feeder options are great for versatility as well.

Hard to set up

Very hard and time consuming to set up. Also, my iphone was working after initial set up and now is not and there is no easy way to find out what is going on....

Many Good Features But One Flaw

The Epson WF-3640 overall is a very good product with many labor-saving features; however, the print quality seems to be inferior to my former Epson printers; namely, the print output is noticeably fainter than the Artisan and XP-600 models...is there any way I can adjust the WF-3640 to improve the print output?...please advise if that is possible...thank you for your reply...

I am disappointed with this printer. It is constantly jamming and as a result wastes a large amount of paper. It is also very noisy.

Not a good start

I bought an AIO/Wireless to add to my home network. The instructions (on-line and setup) do not give proper instructions for setting up the control panel. I am having a pain-in-the-neck experience getting a document to print with my wireless connection.
I can ping the printer (static IP) but the visual says the printer is off-line. When I do hit 'Print', a window appears like this is a fax document. What's going on here? I am not happy with this Epson printer.

Easy installation ... So Far, So Good.

I've owned 4 printers (all the same the #1 brand) for home office use and each one seems to come with both the old and new problems. So, we're giving the EPSON WF-3640 a try.
COMPETITIVELY PRICED and feature rich - I closely compared prices and features and found the WF-3640 very competitive with Canon and HP. This unit was on sale at Best Buy, where the sales person provided a lot of help in "thinking it through" with me to arrive at the choice of this model.
SIMPLER - Out of the box, it is much simpler to install and add to our wireless network. The few test pages we have printed have come out crisp and color-correct.
QUIETER - The WF-3640 did not produce nearly the groans and gyrations of our old Office Jet 6500A Plus. That in itself provides some relief.
I would recommend this to a friend!
