Great choice

Very easy to set up! Only printed a few pages so far but worked great from my mac and phone via wireless connection. It prints super fast and the print is very good quality. Very Happy with my choice!

IPad connect

I cannot connect to the Epson WF-3640 printer with my IPad2. My IPhone5 works great with printing, as does my MAC.

Quick Guide and Start Here

Just bought a WF3620 from Staples on sale. Spent too much time working thru the guide and Start Here....the info was neither clear nor adequate...I've yet to see if I was successful in setting up wireless printing. During the setup I had to connect a USB cable, then instructed to remove it....later when the firmware update failed constantly, figured that I needed to hookup my USB cable again...these missteps are not helpful. A little ticked off with the installation/setup, since I've been an Epson user/supporter for many years. Hopefully I'll have a better operating experience.

Very easy set up!

Great for the home office. For wireless setup: Be sure you click the set-up option on the home printer screen to enter your wifi network info before you install the program on your computer. The computer would then look for the printer on your network. This is the one step that was not listed in the six steps of set up included. Great price!

This is the second EPSON printer that I have bought for my business. Just set up the Wi-Fi, fax and already making beautiful quality copies. Didn't realize that it would be so fast, too! The other smaller EPSON I bought 4 years ago still works well and is now being used by a co-worker.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ink Cartridges run out way too fast

Ink Cartridges runs out way too early… installed all four new ink cartridges last week and they are already depleted with very little warning before you simply can’t even use your printer. I printed about 15 colored PDF files before my printer became useless. Also the software that comes with the printer is limited at best…. I was looking for a way to just print using black only to save money on cartridges and apparently there is no such option. Disappointed and cannot recommend

BAD INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS INCOMPLETE AND IN ADEQUATE.
HOOKED UP THE PRINTER AND ERROR CODE SHOWED UP 0x69 THERE IS NOT MENTION OF THIS ERROR CODE IN THE MANUAL OR THE WEBSITE. HAD TO CALL EPSON TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I HOPE IT DOES NOT GIVE ME HEADACHE IN THE FUTURE. I HAVE BEEN USING HP FOR LAST 15 YEARS WITH FULL SATISFACTION. ONLY REASON TO SWITCH TO EPSON WAS TO HAVE SEPARATE PRINTERS AT WORK AND HOME.
