Have to manually load cardstock

I bought three, and all of them have failed, usually just after a year, so the warranty is over. Various breakage issues - not fixable. Generally a good printer when they work, but when they don't, they fail hard and are un-repairable.
Three printers - three failed printers (I needed them for my business).
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I am the owner of a WF-600 that actually still works, but it is beginning to show its age a bit in terms of the printing not being consistently sharp. It is at least 10 years old. I definitely got my money's worth. I finally decided to buy a new machine, did some research, and chose the WF3640.
Setting it up was pretty straight forward. I am not a techie and I did not have any problems. If it runs as well as the WF-600, I will praise Epson forever.
Also, like the two paper trays. The WF-600 only had one. I also like the separate ink cartridges and the fact that you can continue to print when one runs out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What a Mistake, Should NEVER have Purchased.

This was recommended to me by the ''tech support'' person.
What a mistake. I am sorry I purchased it! Several problems...
1. I owned it exactly 1 MONTH. First couldn't figure out how to connect it...no instructions given so had to pay a tech person to do it for me.
2. It is supposed to get about 300 pages per color cartridge. I just started a new cartridge and printed 20 pages in color and the brand new Magenta Ink I put in before I started to print ran out!!!! 20 isn't even close to 300??
3. When you run out of a color cartridge it won't let you print in plain black....even if the black cartridge is full.
Again, Do NOT Buy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

setup easy, DVD easy to follow. Printing fast, no long prep as with previous printer. Print quality excellent, color a little pale. To date no problems, except finding ink in stores. Would get it again.

Someone needs to do something to help us with the price of ink. Can they not refill the empty cartridges?
Can we return these empty cartridges to the store?
