how the heck do you use this thing?? ive been working on it for a week!! i cant get it to just copy. i put a small picture on the glass to copy maybe make a lil bigger. i had photo paper in tray 1 it keptn tell me i didnt have the right paper in. it wouldnt let me resize it. i cant get it to print from my kindle, the air cloud......what is that and how do i set it up!! i have the cloud but cannt figure out how to set it up........frustrated!!!!!!

Terrible machine. Bought for the FAX portion, tried to send two facsimilies with absolutely no luck. Got jammed 10 times. Very poor performer. I suggest you pass and get some other model.

Very Nice Printer , Easy setup, for Network and wireless. Fast printing 2 sided printing and 2 paper trays - Highly recommended!

I bought the EPSON 3640 WF because of my experience with your WF 520, which was easy to set up and use. This is not true of the WF3640.The directions are obtuse and difficult to follow. I put your operating CD in my computer, but, contrary to your instructions, there seems to be no set up program for me to follow. You've taken a simple machine and made it too complex. This is not progress. KISS
