Software wouldn't load. didn't work ad hoc. a lot of setup that doesn't work. fax didn't work.

No back bottoms to return to lists of questions, manuals and steps on the CD.
Setting up WiFI, wireless less than easy for an amateur.
I was not certain the printer was downloaded. No sign or mention: Successfully downloaded.
Where are the instructions to use the LED
I would recommend this to a friend!

Having a hard time installing this printer. On the third try. Was told it was Windows 10 compatible but I am beginning to wonder. Hope I do not have to take it back.

The printer did not come with the disk inside the box or the book of instructions that it said it would. Everytime I hit print 10 pages print out blank and its not that the ink is not in because I can copy just fine. Not happy not happy at all!!!!

instructions and setup

ZERO instructions and a CD for installation. Most computers especially MACS do not have a CD drive. Took 2 days to figure it out. Very frustrating.

don't have time for this.
will return if continued problems for much longer (+10 minutes)

What a pain

The product is fine - haven't had any issues with it, but DANG! Every time I turn on any computer the stupid pop up windows on every computer "would you like to register you product now?" Like I haven't already done that 758 times. Go away already. And even after I have registered and said no, I do not want any promotional emails or pop up, hey guess what - I still get promotional emails and pop up, yeah I know, I can change it in the settings some where I am certain that I agreed to it in the terms and conditions but really, really?
