Having owned an Epson Workforce 610 for nearly 6 yrs I knew where I would look for my new upgrade, and I found it! Extremely easy setup for the technology-challenged buyer, super fast printing, great quality... This is a must have for a home office!

Works great and prints fast. Physical size fits my home office just right. I've had it for about two weeks. The only issue I've had is that the printer randomly looses wireless connection if the router's SSID broadcast is turned off.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Hello..It would be helpful if the installation instructions included clear, concise and step by step instructions.
It is important that these instructions be directed to people who have minimal technical experience. That way there will be no confusion as to what has to be done. Simplicity is key in writing instructions. Write to the level of the inexperienced. Each step in the instruction should be interpreted the same by 7 out of 10 inexperienced people. A 70 % agreement is successful. Anything less means it's not clear enough. ...."Quality Assurance" will show fewer returns. And customer service will get fewer calls. Hope I've been of help...

Great printer!

I do English Mastiff rescue. The paperwork is huge - lots of scanning everything from applications to photos for Petfinder. I'm the Secretary and must keep copies of everything - so I print a ton every week. My old printer just couldn't take it and died. This printer takes the constant work and makes it easy to scan, fax and copy. It's made my life a whole lot easier!

Excellent Home/College/Telecommute Printer

Printing is fast and sharp. Ink usage has been low so far, still on shipping cartridges. Really like the full ream paper capacity. Auto document feeder works great, even on double sided prints or scans. Wireless is easy to hookup and very stable. I had the previous version and it worked great as well. It went with the divorce. Very well priced for the features.

My Epson Printers

I have had this WF3640 for 4 to 5 weeks and have worked with it many hours. I am 75 years old in Dec and that may be most of my problem, but I have trouble geting it to print on the right paper. I wish I could get it to do that because I love the facr that it can. I love the way the drawers slide in and out of the printer so smoothley. It is great that you can use several paper sorces. The screen is big enough for me to read even with my MD, and the ink carts are easy to install ond change.I would recomend this!!
