From a retired person who grew up with a little brown radio with 6 channels the world has become just a tad confusing. After much trepidation I finally have this new computer installed and at the moment it is now working and I have printed out my first request for printing. Seems to be doing a fine job. Price was excellent compared to the last printer I purchased a few years ago. Price of ink is about the same as my old printer. This sure is a whole new world to me.
I would recommend this to a friend!

HAD TROUBLE CONNECTING BUT WORKS WELL. TRAY TO CATCH COPIES IS TOO SHORT. QUITE NOISY.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the product but it is definitely not user friendly
for people with limited knowledge of computers. Senior Citizens need a simpler installation process.

Just bought a couple days ago to use more for pics printing and it's horrible for this aspect it takes forever to print pics from mobile devices, it's been take at least 10 mins for one pic and that's if it prints. I wouldn't suggest this item for printing from mobile devices. Then when I cancel the job it takes forever to do that as well, about 15 mins it'll say cancelling. I'm definitely going to return it before it's too late. Thought it was the right choice according to many reviews but I guess not or maybe they don't use the printing from mobile device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
