Great Until You Get the 0x97 Error

I bought three of these printers for my workplace. All three worked great until one by one they displayed the 0x97 error message. Top part of the page would print then nothing. Only fix was a replacement from Epson that had to be sent. They were quick to replace the machine, but I'm not sure how many people can go without a printer in a business setting for a couple of days. Loved it because it had so many great features but not reliable.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Take for ever to load new print ink pods and don't last long I am think about retuning and replacing with a real laser printer

Use mainly hp but trying out epson. No complaints. Wish it had Internet capability.

I love everything about it EXCEPT for the print quality. It prints in draft mode and I have searched high and low to fix this issue both on the Epson website and tech websites to no avail......changed all of the various settings, that same draft quality comes out of the machine...WorkForce used to be some very high-quality machines...apparently not anymore... :(

Great printer

I have only one comment to make. Installation process was stuck due to Windows Firewall was on. I had to set it off to continue installation. This could have been clearly stated in the 'Start Here' quick guide. Otherwise it is great printer and quality of printing is wonderful. Yet to test the scan functionality.

So far so good. I just got the printer up and running. Initially it was shipped with out the printer rubbish bin that the bad ink goes into. I called Epson and they sent one right away. Nice size, easy setup with the provided disk. I'm looking forward to the doc feeder on the scanner.
