Decent for the price

Hard to find a small business printer that "does it all". I was looking specifically for a printer with a rear-load tray and cassette, this has both with two cassettes. While this printer has these great features, unfortunately the rear tray has to be hand loaded EVERY TIME. This is not very helpful. However, the set-up was easy and the print quality is good, scanner is easy to use and save to wherever you choose. Easy to install ink cartridges. The touchscreen is a nice feature. Smaller than my last printer but still has a large footprint - I'm okay with that as long as I get good, quality performance. The rear tray issue is my only complaint. My next step is to set up to print from my phone which is a great feature on this printer!

Easy Wireless / Fax Setup

Replaced my HP (never could get the wireless to work) with Epson WF-3640. Setup for both wireles and fax was as easy, with first time sucess. Paid a few more bucks, but so far I would call it money well spent.

Too Gnu Two Tail

I connected the copiers/printer to my computer late last night after a full day of Thanksgiving turkey.
The installation was rather easy and even I had no trouble. The instructions were simple and the machines did all of the work.
Ask me next month, next year or in three years how I like it after I learn its worth. For now I am happy and expect a long and faithful relationship
with many future reproductions between us.

It was the right price, easy to set up, and is very easy to use. It looks impressive with a full set of controls that allows easy and quick adjustments .
It is the first home scanner/printer that offer me so many choices and makes it so easy yo use.

Terrible wifi connection

Seems like a good unit overall from my first few pages, but the wife was terrible to set up and I eventually had to hardwire it. Their drivers did not work and I tried 2 different routers but to no avail. So, if you're buying this because of wife connectivity, look elsewhere!

Not good for Mac computer

Not for a Mac I can't set it up on my Mac, but my PC Windows Laptop was very easy.
