Could not be more pleased. Very nice not being tied to a ball and chain. Hot dog, done and got divorced from the printer cable.

Fast and Easy

Fast responses and easy to use. The only complaints are: a) cost of ink cartridges and b) color red is dull.

The only complaint I have so far is that the ink cartridges are impossible to remove the tape across the ink port. We had to use a pair of manicure scissors to uncover the hole and were not sure if the remaining tape would prevent the cartridge from function or not. It seems to be working fine however. I hope the spare ones we have purchased will be easier to install.
All the other functions appear to work fine, as advertised.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If first you don't succeed.......

The first printer, out of the box, had a print carriage that was jammed. All it made was a grinding sound at set up. This was the 31st printer I have set up, first to fail out of the box! Reordered and the replacement worked just fine. Time will tell.......

This is an excellent printer that is well packaged and easy to set up using the instructions sheet. The small negative is the Install Ink Cartridges section should have a written statement to not remove the nozzle connection point cover on the cartridges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just purchased Workforce WF-3640

So far, so good. I just purchased the WF-3640 and was delighted with the ease of setting it up and printing. The only slight difficulty was removing the plastic film on the initial, factory supplied, ink cartridge covering the ink outlet. I'd suggest using a tweezer to assist in removing the plastic film.
The initial printing was a sharp, good looking color document. The touch-screen readout is easy to read.
The unit itself is larger than my previous printer, but it is still not overlarge. Because I set it up for Wi-Fi use, I can put it anywhere and save desk space if I wish.
Thus, as an initial user, I am happy with the ease of set-up and first performance. Looking forward to using it. (The unit was purchased for home use.)

New Epson WF-3460

Check back in 6 months or so. It's a good size and does everything I need for a small home office at a reasonable price. The print quality looks great and I like the availability to print duplex. The biggest concern will be ink longevity and replacement supplies. Stay tuned.
Super easy to setup and install, I was up and running in less than 30 minutes.
