Great printer, good quality, great color, like individual color cartridges and speed. Easy to see LCD screen instructions and they are easy to follow. Only issue is the lack of a hardcopy of the user's manual. Had one with my other Epson printer. My computer goes down a lot, lose electricity. Having the user's guide as a downloaded file only, means I can't always access information. Tried printing the manual...over 300 pages!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!

this is the second epson printer we have bought in the last 10 years. would not buy any other brand. the first was was great for printing pictures. so far love this one, because we can now print pics from our smartphones!

I haven't owned the Epson WF-3640 for very long, but it has been printing perfectly from the very start. I had some trouble setting up the WI-FI to my computer without a router, but with the help of tech support was able to set that up as well for uninterrupted great performance. I would definitely recommend this product.

can't even get set up. makes a horrible noise. get an error message, but a search for this error doesn't get any hits in the epson site. We'll see if I can fix this

The auto document feed seems to only work with multiple sheets of 24# paper or heavier. Setup is a PITA if you use the Drivers and Utilities Combo Package to install what is needed, the executable downloads from the internet again and again despite already having downloaded 225mb+ of files. If you install from the CD or whatever, not everything gets installed. Plus, the printer goes through ink much more quickly than any other printer I've ever had.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect printer for that money I would recommend to everybody quick respond fast printing excellent color high capacity paper trays I do like it

I had the XP-400. Sadly it went out on me. I needed a new printer for school and found this one. Great printer. love the fact it will double side print without me having to change/flip the paper. Color printing is great. also Prints almost as fast as a laser.
Only reason I didn't give five stars is I have only had it for a couple of months.
